What and Why 7-Round Allegro Tournament (12 mins + extra 3 secs per move played) Emphasis on fun and improvement and developing thinking skills Run by expert chess coaches
Time limits: This year the clocks will be set to include increments every move. Instead of the straight 15 minutes that we have used in the past, the time limit will be set at 12 minutes, plus 3 seconds per move. Increments are the way of the future, and will also help your games to reach their "natural" outcome over the board.

Saturday or Sunday? - Wyndham tournaments are scheduled for Saturday afternoons (2pm-6pm). Bentleigh and Waverley will continue to take place on Sunday afternoons (1pm-5pm). Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance
